Cyrus has a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Initially became interested in real estate as an investor in Chicago where he earned his broker license. He moved to Maryland in 2002 and continued his real estate career here. He shortly obtained his Accredited Buyer Agency (ABR), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Counsel of Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Internet Professional (E-Pro) designations, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), and Broker license in MD, VA, and DC. Continuously improving his methods and building effective business models, Cyrus's determination to excel and gain knowledge has struck a chord with his clients and colleagues. They appreciate his meticulous approach to real estate, as well as his desire to always be honest with them, even if it means losing a deal.

Merna has a Master of Science Degree in Biotechnology from John Hopkins University. She is a great resource to the team because of her marketing and management experience. Her positive and energetic approach, attention to detail, customer service skills, and real estate experience makes her a great mentor for the team.
